  • A 3ft clear balloon stuffed with tissue confetti PLUS a tissue tassel tail; there are 12 tassels on the tassel tail and it is approximately 4ft long. Tassels come hung on the twine and ready to be tied to your balloon
  • Tassel tail only

Additional details:
  • Balloons come stuffed with tissue confetti and ready to be filled with helium at your local party store or grocery store
  • Balloons will fill to 3ft once inflated with helium (or air!)
  • The confetti will only stick to the sides of the balloon if static is created so grab a blanket or a shirt and rub on the balloon to see the magic happen!
