Strung on cotton twine, the tassels can be easily moved along the cord to provide a more sparse of full look depending on your taste.  Garland arrives fully assembled and just requires a little fluffing.  This custom garland will ship within 2 business days.

DIY Tassel Garland Kit includes 16 pre-cut tissue sheets in the colors of your choice, 6 feet of cotton twine, and instructions to twist tassels and assemble the garland yourself.  This custom kit will ship within 1 business day.
